Health Hut
In 2014, the late Karen Michler started a mission called Health Hut for The Gathering. To this day, The Gathering continues this mission in her memory. All Are Welcome!
At The Gathering, we do church differently—it’s not about tradition or complicated systems—it’s all about helping people from all backgrounds discover the joy that comes from knowing and serving Jesus Christ.
Whether you’re exploring faith for the first time, or looking for a new church home, you’ll find a place to belong here. You are invited to come and experience our worship services.
What can you expect on Sundays with us?

Our Praise Band
Our Praise Band is extremely talented and enhances our worship every Sunday.
These highly trained and acclaimed musicians come from all musical styles and backgrounds. They have played in numerous local and regional bands, and some have toured extensively. They now find themselves settled in and around Greater Lafayette. A core group of players have been with The Gathering for more than ten years. They are cross trained on many instruments, and you never know who’s going to be playing what until they begin the first tune. With a mix of seven lead and backup singers, you’ll love the versatility and harmonies this group delivers each and every Sunday.

A Reflection on Romans 8
When approaching the Scripture ask two questions: What did it mean then and what does it mean now? I am grateful for the content of yesterday’s scripture at The Gathering. We continued with Paul’s message in Romans 8 emphasizing our freedom from the law. The essence of the teaching is that we become perpetually distracted…
